onlyeverdoubted: (tinkering)

Bodhi snorts, as amused at the idea that there might be an aisle here somewhere that deserves the name as by the ridiculous ribbing. He can deduce who Kira must be teasing him about, if only because of the pronoun. There are only a few people he really knows, even after all this time, and only one of them is a woman who periodically prowls around this house. "I... I can see why someone would want to be, um, involved." That's the closest word he can get to what he'd imagine a relationship here would be. It wouldn't make sense to say people were dating or going out. What in the valley could possibly constitute a date? And while there's certainly plenty of sex happening (Bodhi's detached, not oblivious), one can only assume at least some of it is more structured than just that. Probably. He'd imagine. So "involved" it is, to be interpreted as needed. "I guess I don't see the point of making it official when there's... nothing else official going on." Marriage is a social and legal construct, and they don't really have either of those things.
