He spends less time in the inn now that he's moved into a house, but he's still here for a good portion of the day. Usually when he's in the kitchen, it's to clean the dishes or the kitchen itself, but today he's found himself at the inn earlier than usual, without any of his usual tasks to do.

The smells and sounds of cooking are coming from the kitchen, so even if he's too early for cleaning, he can maybe help in some other way. It's been awhile since he's done any cooking, but it's not like it's changed in any way. Cooking is still cooking.
