Ned doesn't give a clear, verbal answer, but he manages to nod - only once as it's all he has the strength to do - to indicate that fetching a doctor is as good an idea as any. He's still falling in and out of consciousness, out of lucidity, sometimes believing he's waking to be sitting underneath the Godswood, other times in the dungeons below the Red Keep, and still other times elsewhere in his life. It's only when he opens his eyes and sees Jon's face that he's brought back into his body, in the village, semi-aware of how he's wound up there.

He reaches out for Jon's arm, palm making contact with forearm, and gives a gentle squeeze.
