He still feels a little strange, but if Jake is happy, then Cougar is happy, too. He finishes up with the few last bits and washes Jake's face with the soap, drying him off and leaning in for a slow kiss, brushing his lips over Jake's upper lip, as if to test. Humming with approval, he sets his things to the side.

"Now, you are human again," he says. "No bitching, two weeks," he says, taking Jake's words as promise. Gesturing behind him, he also wants to make sure Jake keeps up his part of the bargain. "Braid it," he says. "Maybe have to pin it up, too."
